Introduction to Jiangsu Xinxidi New Material Technology Co., Ltd
Jiangsu Xinxidi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is located in the Industrial Park of Guanhu Town, Pizhou City. It mainly relies on the resource advantages of the Pizhou Plate Industry Base and cooperates with various universities and research institutes to continuously carry out production process transformation, new product research and development, promotion, production and sales.
In 2015, we jointly developed a new product with Northeast Forestry University - a new type of plastic wood composite material building template with an annual output of 100000 cubic meters - and put it into production. This product solved the problem of bonding between polar and non polar wood plastic composite sheets, with good toughness, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy demolding. The number of uses of the original template increased from 5-8 times to 100 times, an increase of nearly 20 times.
At the beginning of 2023, efficient, low loss, and low emission impregnated film paper production equipment and processes were introduced, with an annual output of 2.6 million sets of impregnated film paper. The impregnated adhesive paper veneer laminated board produced is highly ornamental and artistic, with advantages such as improving the physical properties of the board, expanding the scope of use, and simplifying the production process of artificial boards (such as avoiding spray painting and brushing), which is widely popular in the market.
